Policy Overview
Asador Patagonia seeks to deliver a seamless experience not just in our steak house, but also when handling your online reservations. Although we do not offer food delivery, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible for reservations made through our online system.
Online Reservation Refunds
Refunds for online reservations may be requested under the following conditions:

Cancellation: If a reservation is cancelled at least 24 hours before the reserved time slot, we will issue a full refund of any deposit or pre-payment made during the booking process.

Short Notice Cancellation: If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the reservation time, a refund may still be possible but subject to a cancellation fee to cover potential loss of business and preparation costs. This fee will be calculated as a percentage of the deposit or pre-payment made (usually a 50% charge on the pre-payment amount).

No-Show: If you fail to arrive for your reservation without any prior notification (no-show), we reserve the right to withhold any pre-payment in full as a no-show fee.

Restaurant Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the restaurant must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., emergency closure), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your reservation, whichever you prefer.

Date/Time Changes: If you wish to change the date or time of your reservation, please contact us as early as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your new preferences without any additional charge, this is subject to table availability.
Refund Process
To process a refund of your online reservation, please follow these steps:

Cancellations/Changes: Contact us at (561) 651-9477 for any cancellation or modification to your booking.

Verification: Provide our staff with your reservation details and reason for refund or change.

Processing: Once verified, we will process your refund to the original form of payment. Please note it might take a few business days to appear on your statement.
Exclusions

Refunds after Dining: Refunds are not applicable once you have dined at our establishment, as the reservation has been fulfilled by us.

Special Events: Special events or promotions may have their own set of refund policies which will be explicitly stated at the time of booking.
